These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at 3dprintcustomz.com, our Etsy shop, and all related services, including communications via WhatsApp. By placing an order, messaging us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3D Print Customz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a custom 3D printing and design business based in Florida, USA. We offer:

• Custom 3D-printed products — manufactured to order based on your specifications
• Design services — custom 3D modeling and design work
• Personalization — modifications to existing designs per customer requests

Our products are primarily sold through our Etsy storefront. Orders placed on Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s Terms of Use.

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are processed through Etsy. Pricing, payment, and checkout are handled by Etsy’s platform.
• Custom orders may require additional discussion before production begins. We will confirm specifications before manufacturing.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, production times vary. Estimated timelines are provided but are not guaranteed.
• Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Etsy shop policies and Etsy’s buyer protection program.

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All original designs, 3D models, branding, website content, and related materials created by 3D Print Customz are our intellectual property, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

5.2 Customer-Provided Designs

If you provide a design or reference material for a custom order:

• You represent that you own or have the right to use the design and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You grant us a limited license to use the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• We are not responsible for verifying the intellectual property status of customer-provided designs.

5.3 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any order that, in our sole discretion, involves designs that are infringing, offensive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Product Quality and Disclaimers

• 3D-printed products may exhibit minor layer lines, slight color variations, or surface imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process. These are not considered defects.
• Colors displayed on screens may differ from the final printed product.
• Custom dimensions are accurate to within reasonable tolerances of the printing technology used.
• Products are intended for decorative or functional use as described in the listing. We are not liable for misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier delays, equipment failure, or force majeure events.
• Our AI assistant is provided as a convenience. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated communications. Human team members are available for critical matters.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3D Print Customz, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
