When you apply to the 3DPrintCustomz Network we collect the information you provide on the application form, including your full legal name, email address, mailing address, WhatsApp number (optional), professional experience and software/tooling, and a government-issued ID + selfie used solely to verify your identity.
Once you are an active member of the network we additionally collect order-related data: orders you claim, deliveries you submit, customer-feedback signals (Quick Facts), and earnings paid out. We do not collect or store payment-method details from you — payouts are handled through the channel you specify outside this system.
Identity documents are used only to confirm you are who you say you are; they are reviewed by automated vision checks and the company owner, and are never shared with third parties or other network members.
Application + performance data are used to: route orders to qualified members, calculate margins and earnings, surface quality metrics on your member profile, and notify you about claimable orders via email or WhatsApp.
All data is stored on encrypted servers under our direct control. ID images are stored in an access-restricted directory and are never publicly served. Database backups are retained on a rolling 30-day basis.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share order details only with the network member who has claimed an order (and only the data needed to fulfill it). Customer information passed to designers is limited to what is required to complete the design (e.g. specifications, references, name).
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deletion will remove your account, ID images, and personal contact information; aggregate order/earnings data may be retained where required for tax or legal recordkeeping.
We use a single first-party session cookie scoped to .3dprintcustomz.com to keep you signed in across our network admin, dashboard, and toolkit subdomains. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on these properties.
By signing up you consent to receive transactional email + WhatsApp messages related to your application status, claimable orders, and account changes. You can opt out of order broadcasts at any time from your dashboard; transactional account-status messages cannot be opted out of while you remain an active member.
The 3DPrintCustomz Network is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly accept applications from minors.
If this policy materially changes, we will email all active members and update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the network after a material change constitutes acceptance.
